To launch the McSpicy, McDonalds spiciest burger yet, we partnered with Leo Burnett to create the #McSpicyDebate. A campaign that asks the nation one simple question: How spicy is it?
The #McSpicyDebate hashtag drove people from on pack, OOH and TV (created by Leo’s), back to a Twitter poll to declare their verdict.

#McSpicy was Tweeted about more times in a week than KFC’s Zinger was in the previous 6 months.
And then, the McSpicy SOLD OUT, everywhere.
We then turned the Tweets about the McSpicy, into McSpicy ads.
And to help people handle the 🔥🌶 we gave away a free milk with every McSpicy
